Motapa kam karna

Motapa kam karna.

Dosto motapa aik bemari hai ap jante he hon gy k jo insan mota hota hai zyada tar wo he bemar hota hai
Motapa khubsurti ko bhi kam karta hai motape se larkiyan bohat buri lagti hain wese zyada smart larkiyan bhi achi nai lagti or na he zyada moti larkiyan pyari lagti hain normal hona chahye aj mein apko motape k asan asan tareke batati hun jisko azma kar ap inshallah zarur smart ho jao ge chalo doato start karte hain..

1.motapa kiun hota hai iski waja.
Motapa aik bemari hai zyada khane se excersice na karne se pani ka kam istemal karne se bahir ki chezain khane se motapa hota hai or nend kam karne se kuch log aloo ka istemal bohat karte hain is liye aloo mein bhi bohat fat hota hai jo smart hona chahta hai aloo ka istemal kam kare 

2.motape ka elaj.
 Motapa kam karna har insan ka khuwab hai or ye kam karna bohat asan hai agar thori care ki jaye to khana time se khaya jaye but pait bhar k nai jitna pehle khate ho us se thora kam.

3.khane mein kami.
Agar ap motama kam karna chahte ho to apne khane mein kami kare or achi chezain khayen sabzi faruit ka istemal zyada kare fish khayen or gosht kam khayen jese ap pehle 1 roti khati ho to ab ap adhi roti khao han khana chorna nai hai bs khane mein thori kami karni hai or time se khana kha lena hai or khana kha lene k bad exercise zarur karni hai...

4.pani zyada pena.
Smart or khubsurat dikhna bohat asan hai agar ap moti hain or smart hona chahti hain to pani ka istemal bohat zyada kare aik insan ko din mein 1.30 litter pani zarur pena chahye pani pene se insan patla bhi hota hai skin bhi saf hoti hai pani k bohat he faiday hain but motapa kam karne ka asan tarika zyada pani pene ka hai...


5.exercise karna.
Exersice karna humare liye bohat zaruri hai is se insan ki sehat bhi achi rehti hai or banda smqrt bhi rehta hai khana kha lene k bad exercise karna bht zaruri hai..

6.green tea ka istemal.
 Kuch docter bhi green tea ka maswara dete hain is se insan smart bhi ho jata hai but dosto mein ap se jhoot nahi bolun ge mene khud bhi green tea ka istemal kiya but ye kesi kam ki nai is se insan patla zarur hota hai sath bemar bhi ho jata hai mehda kharab ho jata hai zyada green tea pene se is liye me apko green tea pene ka nahi kahun ge.me kahun ge k iska istemal na he kare to acha hai.

7.time se sona neend puri karna.
Motapa hone ki aik waja ye bhi hoti hai k wo thk time se soye na or neend puri na ho is tarha bhi insan mota ho jata hai time se sona or time se uthna he humare liye acha hota hai..neend puri kar k uthna chahye humain 

8.mahwari ka time se ana 
 Larkiyoun mein ye ek bemari zarur hoti hai kuch larkiyan jin ki mahwari shadi k bad thk se nai ati or wo elaj nai karwati jiski waja se wo moti ho jati hain inko chahye k doc k pas jayen or apna thk se elaj karwayen motapa bhi kam ho jaye ga. 

9.hari sabziyoun ka zyada istemal.
Humain chahye k hum hari sabziyoun ka istemal zyada se zyada kare or motapa bhi kam kare doato hari sabziyan khane se humari skin bhi saf or khubsurat rehti hai or motapa bhi nahi hota.

10.gosht wegaira ka kam istemal.
Gosht ka istemal karna chahye magar kam gosht mein bht fat hoti hai or isko kam khana chahye gosht ki jaga zyada se zyada sabziyan khani chahye..
